Entry-Level Proofreader for Online Media

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Proofreader to join our growing online media team. Key Responsibilities

• * Review and proofread articles, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
• * Ensure all written materials follow the companys editorial style guide.
• * Collaborate with writers and editors to suggest improvements and corrections where necessary.
• * Verify accuracy of facts, names, and data included in published content.
• * Identify formatting, tone, and style inconsistencies to ensure a professional and polished final product.
• * Assist in updating and maintaining editorial standards as content trends evolve.
• * Meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced online media environment.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• * Ability to arenaflex errors quickly and provide constructive feedback.
• * Basic knowledge of proofreading and editing tools (arenaflex Word, arenaflex Docs, Grammarly, or similar).
• * Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• * No prior professional proofreading experience required – training will be provided.

• Working Hours
• * Flexible working schedule with the ability to work remotely.
