The Role
As an Entry-Level Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through our online chat system. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using your laptop, phone, or tablet to connect with customers and provide solutions to their queries. With our comprehensive training program, you'll learn everything you need to know to succeed in this role, from the basics of online chat support to advanced skills and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
