Key Responsibilities
As an experienced data analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting answers, analytic research, and software design that meet business needs
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Designing and developing software for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Translating data into actionable insights through reporting answers
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, software development, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development programming languages, including ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
- Database languages, including Transact SQL and MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database languages, including Hadoop, Oracle, and Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience
