Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients regarding various requests in an efficient and effective manner

  • Utilize knowledge of company products and services, as well as excellent customer service skills, to address issues, provide support, offer information, and place orders to keep customers satisfied and retain business
  • Correctly document customer interactions and track call types
  • Maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards
  • Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
  • Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
  • Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
  • A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
  • Must be able to connect hardwire/ethernet; no hotspots/Wi-Fi

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual French speaking

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of company products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
