Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients

  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient
  • Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
  • Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of generic medications and therapy changes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.45
