[Remote] Accounts Payable Associate/Entry (MD or remote)

Responsibilities
- Review and ensure proper GL coding for vendor invoices
- Establish routines for new vendor onboarding and processing changes
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely handling of invoices
- Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and discrepancies
- Perform various administrative tasks related to accounts payable functions
Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Coupa AP system or similar accounting software
- A strong desire for a career in Accounts Payable or Finance
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative team player attitude
