Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers during late-night hours. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Documenting all interactions and transactions in our system

Experience and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
  • Ability to work independently during late-night hours and maintain a high level of productivity

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet customer needs

Work Schedule and Location

As a remote Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our flexible scheduling options include:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 8 hour shifts

You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 80 hours per week. Supplemental pay types may include:
