Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Addressing customer requests, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
  • Helping customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's product catalog to assist customers with their product selection
  • Staying up-to-date on new product releases, features, and specifications
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues by working with different divisions, such as operations or product teams, to ensure optimal and satisfactory resolutions
  • Managing customer orders, cancellations, returns, and satisfaction cycles, working closely with the coordinated operations team to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  • Communicating clearly and concisely with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any expected delays
  • Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes, sharing feedback with relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures while interacting with customers, staying up-to-date with any changes in company policies
  • Utilizing various customer service tools, software, and systems to manage customer interactions efficiently
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, strategy, visual marketing, and product teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail

  • 1 year of experience working directly with customers, resolving issues while ensuring a positive experience
  • 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, working with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • 1 year of experience successfully managing time, handling multiple customer requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses
  • 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service software
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases and resolving complex customer issues
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a sedentary position for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around occasionally
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including extreme cold, heat, humidity, and noise
