Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized experiences that showcase the arenaflex brand and values. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

  • Work closely with our team to deliver personalized experiences that showcase the arenaflex brand and values
  • Utilize the Client's First approach to address clients' needs and expectations
  • Offer travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to American Express Card Members
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
  • Provide innovative solutions to clients' issues or concerns, resulting in increased brand loyalty
  • Utilize various technology platforms to provide support in a face-to-face client environment
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 1-year recent experience in adjusting premium clients

  • Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • Ability to adjust clients with proactive solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to charm clients with every interaction
  • Ability to listen to clients' needs and propose solutions, resulting in high client satisfaction
  • Display exceptional skill and a positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing clients' experiences
  • Familiarity with various technology platforms and ability to adapt to new systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including airline, hotel, and car rental services
  • Familiarity with various technology platforms, including CRM systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific work tasks
