Deloitte is a leading Canadian professional services firm dedicated to making an impact that matters. They are seeking new graduates for their Tech & Transformation team, where you will analyze client issues, develop recommendations, and help clients maximize their investments in technology and business processes.

Responsibilities

• You will play a pivotal role on a collaborative engagement team with responsibilities that range from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing recommendations and authoring presentations
• You will have the opportunity to leverage your professional background and skills by specializing immediately or by gaining exposure to several industries and competencies during your first few years with the firm
• As a member of the Enterprise, Technology and Performance offering, you will help clients achieve the maximum possible impact and value from their investments in Finance, Supply Chain or IT operations, using a holistic view of key business functions from strategy articulation through process design and technology enablement

Skills

• Have completed or are currently working towards completing a post-secondary degree program, pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, Business, ERP-related program (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com), or another relevant degree
• Are graduating by September 2026
• Display initiative, creativity, enjoy problem solving and are looking to make an impact
• Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies
• Are legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
• Curiosity - You are eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and are always connecting the dots
• Analytical Thinking - You can dissect problems to uncover insights with strong attention to detail
• Teamwork - You work collaboratively with others to deliver on team goals and client outcomes
