Responsibilities

As a part-time remote data entry associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Maintaining and updating databases with current information related to Disney products, services, and other relevant data points, ensuring that our systems are always current and accurate.
• Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, adhering to established quality standards and ensuring that all data is reliable and trustworthy.
• Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively, ensuring that our team is always working efficiently and effectively.
• Assisting in organizing and categorizing data to facilitate easy access and retrieval, ensuring that our systems are always easy to use and navigate.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring that our systems are always secure and protected.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to address any issues or concerns related to data entry tasks, ensuring that our team is always informed and up-to-date.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification, with additional education or training in data entry or a related field being a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time wisely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Disney products, services, and brand values is a plus, but not required.
