The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Provide big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique

### Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

### Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in data analysis
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Certification in data science or related field
