What You'll Be Doing:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary goal will be to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. This will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex issues with empathy and patience
- Using your problem-solving skills to determine the right solutions for each customer

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking motivated and empathetic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service or sales experience
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Florida

- Demonstrated self-discipline and time management skills
- Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A
- Interest in learning new technologies

Where You'll Be Working:
This is a work-from-home role that requires a private workspace free of distractions. arenaflex will provide:
- A monthly monetary stipend for internet service
- Computer equipment
- Desk and chair options after successful completion of training
You'll need to provide internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum. Wireless connections, satellite, or DSL are not acceptable.
