Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

Schedule and Availability
We're hiring for a variety of shifts, including:
- Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
- Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6:30pm
- 40 hours per week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on, followed by 2 consecutive days off (8-hour shifts)
- Shifts may change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
- We offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked
Training and Development
When you join arenaflex, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure your success as a Customer Care Professional. Our training program includes:
- Virtual Classroom Training: A 6-week program that covers the fundamentals of customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
- On-the-Job Training: Hands-on experience working with customers, under the guidance of experienced trainers and mentors.
- Ongoing Support and Feedback: Regular check-ins, feedback, and coaching to help you grow and develop your skills.
