Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by accurately and efficiently entering data into multiple eligibility and tracking systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Use designated work instructions and other guidelines to execute critical and routine tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and processing.

  • Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and updates.
  • Accurately enter all relevant information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions.
  • Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position.
  • Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification and effectively raising queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • Experience working in a health or human services call center (not required but preferred)
  • Knowledge of the community to be served (not required but preferred)
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
