Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Math, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of business and financial goals and plans

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Math, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • Cooperative program and project management skills
  • Experience training teams and coaching others in planning, organizing, and prioritizing their work
  • Technical program management experience managing scope, design, people, risk, and communications
  • Understanding of US Government compliance and building standards
  • Ability to work in a flexible, quick-moving environment
