About the Role
As we continue to scale our rapidly growing Grocery business, we’re looking to hire multiple Analysts on our Grocery team. As a member of the team, you will be the operational backbone of the Grocery team, driving the execution of high-impact growth and quality initiatives from start to finish. You will be instrumental in enabling new merchant launches, managing critical in-app experiences (like merchandising and promotions), and executing detailed audits that directly improve customer experience and long-term business metrics. - Execute. Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact operational tasks, including setting up promotional campaigns, creating custom merchandising experiences, and scaling up new products.
- Build. Play a critical role in launching and scaling DoorDash's next big business, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance for both new and existing grocers.
- Analyze. Dive into data, building reports and performing crucial audits to identify and fix lowest level of detail issues that have a significant impact on quality metrics, growth and customer experience.
- Own. Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for key operational workflows, such as managing updates for new merchant launches.
- Collaborate and Influence. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and General Managers, to help design for tooling and automation improvements, ultimately freeing up the team for more strategic work.
