About the Role

As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to exceptional service. You'll be responsible for addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all requests, and providing a positive experience for our patients. Your role will be to:

  • Answer phone calls utilizing a multi-line telephone system
  • Ensure thorough records are maintained by documenting discussions, messages, and actions taken to process inquiries
  • Resolve patient issues through independent problem-solving and with a goal of first call resolution
  • Foster teamwork and partnerships with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
  • Reliable cell phone and computer at home
  • Minimum internet speed of 10mb down and 1mb up (no satellite internet allowed)
  • Experience in a highly customer-service-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful even when dealing with upset customers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a medical office setting utilizing a computer-based practice management software system
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle high call volume and multitask while providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Experience with E-Clinical Works or other electronic medical records systems, such as Epic, Athena Health, or NextGen
  • Knowledge of and strict adherence to HIPAA

Working Hours and Benefits

As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with 40 hours of scheduled weekly work. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Interview Process and Requirements

As part of our hiring process, we'll be using Modern Hire, an exciting interviewing technology that allows us to quickly connect and gain valuable information about your relevant skills and experience. If you're selected for a first-round interview, you'll receive an email invitation to participate in a Modern Hire interview, which will take approximately 15 minutes. Additionally, all associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
