Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary function will be to deliver professional and high-quality customer service, handling inbound service calls, and driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound service calls with empathy and professionalism
• Driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
• Navigating through multiple systems and tools to resolve customer issues
• Ongoing training and skill development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
• Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Eager to advance your career with a reliable company
• Enjoy working independently and with a team
• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Must pass a background check and drug-screen
