Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a data engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that process and analyze data from various sources. You'll work closely with our business, engineering, and data science teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop large-scale data pipelines that process and analyze data from various sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
- Work with data scientists to develop machine learning models and algorithms that drive business insights
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing data governance and compliance policies
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and apply them to improve our data infrastructure
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on large-scale data processing and analytics
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Python) and experience with SQL
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security policies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on large-scale data processing and analytics
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
