Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Social Security Disability cases is strongly preferred – Please highlight any SSDI/SSI experience in your materials.
  • Strong knowledge of Social Security regulations, procedures, and deadlines is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – You must be able to interact professionally with clients, medical providers, and SSA representatives.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in case management software (we can train, but experience is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable with remote work, email, cloud-based case management systems, and virtual meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs in case preparation.
