About Hulu and the Role Hulu is the leading premium streaming service in the U.S., offering live and on-demand TV, sports, news, and movies, with and without commercials, in and out of the home. As a Senior Product Manager II, you'll be responsible for driving the product roadmap for Hulu's mobile experiences across 20+ device families, ensuring a reliable and engaging experience for users. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and executive stakeholders, to deliver innovative features that captivate audiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define the product vision and strategy for Hulu's mobile experiences, working with stakeholders across the organization to build consensus and drive alignment. Drive end-to-end responsibility and ownership for product features/capabilities from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Conduct industry research, analyze data, and consult with finance to ensure the viability of new features and product changes. Lead a scrum team, championing their needs and prioritizing incoming requests for resourcing. Collaborate with device, platform, and distribution partners to ensure quality, compliance, and maintenance of product domains. Define OKRs and KPIs, tracking the health of product domains and understanding changes in behavior/data.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or Design. 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching successful, engaging, user-centric features on Android and iOS mobile devices. Demonstrated ability to define technical acceptance criteria, discuss technical concepts with engineering teams, and understand architectural and technical implications. Experience leading a dedicated scrum/dev team as a solo Product Owner. Ability to shift, adapt, and remain flexible with changing priorities and external factors while continuing to move projects forward. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to take a step back and understand the bigger picture. A data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on keeping customers happy.

Preferred Qualifications

To take your application to the next level, you'll ideally have: Product management experience in the streaming video devices landscape, specifically tvOS, iOS, and Android devices. Experience with A/B experimentation, testing tools, and analytics. A background in agile software development practices and latest industry methodologies. A focus on impact, with the ability to frame work in terms of impact, effort, and cost.

As a Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology team member, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary, with a hiring range of $149,300 to $200,200 per year in Los Angeles, CA, and varying ranges in other locations.
