Sales/Customer Service Representative ($20-$21/hr + Commission) - Remote

POSITION OVERVIEW The Customer Service Representative is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to both potential and existing customers/tenants. This role is dynamic, with daily tasks evolving. The primary responsibility involves handling inbound calls from existing and potential tenants/customers regarding our storage facilities and campgrounds. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying customer needs, knowledgeable about new services, and capable of guiding customers through processes. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach
  • Perform any tasks as assigned by management
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with customers regarding property matters
  • Handle inbound calls from tenants/customers and potential tenants/customers promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer emails or voicemails
  • Generate daily revenue reports in Excel
  • Maintain and troubleshoot communication equipment, reporting any issues promptly

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet expectations accurately
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Background in sales, particularly phone sales, is preferred
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in managing difficult customer situations and soliciting feedback for improvement
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:00PM.
  • Must be available to work one weekend day per week.
  • Bilingual Required.
