Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, chat, and email, resolving complex issues and addressing concerns with a sense of urgency

• Process service requests, working with insurance carriers and documenting transactions on the agency portal
• Develop conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, collaborating with peers, leadership, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in regular coaching sessions with Operations Manager to enhance your skills and performance
• Have the opportunity to obtain a P&C license after 1 year, expanding your career opportunities in the insurance industry
• Work flexible hours between 8am-8pm EST, Monday to Friday, with the option to work 10-7 PM EST or 11-8 PM EST (late shift comes with increased shift differential)

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience, with a demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-manage, demonstrate personable accountability, and effectively collaborate in a team environment
• Insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret policy screens in the agency management system/bolt platform
