Role Summary

As a Logistics Data Entry Analyst and Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and services to children and families who have found permanency, whether through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or as aged-out youth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve empowering these families and children by connecting them with the right community resources, advocating on their behalf, and assisting them in sustaining their achievements independently. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
  • Assisting with logistics and coordination of services, including scheduling appointments and arranging transportation
  • Connecting families and children with community resources, such as healthcare providers, educational institutions, and social services
  • Advocating on behalf of families and children to ensure they receive the support and services they need
  • Assisting families and children in sustaining their achievements independently, including providing guidance and support with goal-setting and problem-solving
