Key Responsibilities

As a Work at Home Advisor at arenaflex, your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role you're assigned to:

  • Customer Service Advisor:
    • Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet
    • Utilize a call flow guide to address customer questions and resolve issues
    • Maintain accurate records by tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
    • Invest in our customers' success by offering additional products and/or services
  • Sales Advisor:
    • Close sales, engage in prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and leverage B2B or B2C skills
    • Develop product knowledge, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to retain customers
    • Demonstrate attention to detail when selling products and services
    • Upsell and offer additional products and services to meet customer needs
  • Technical Support Advisor:
    • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
    • Provide basic customer service support
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues
    • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables

Who You Are

To succeed as a Work at Home Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
  • A talent for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • High-speed internet and a smartphone

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Empathy and integrity in every customer interaction
  • Knowledge and a unique, compassionate communication style
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
  • Technical certifications or specialized training in customer service, sales, or technical support
