Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the friendly voice of arenaflex, providing an outstanding customer experience through troubleshooting, technical support, and creative problem-solving. Your passion for helping others, combined with your technical expertise and deductive reasoning skills, will enable you to meet the needs of our customers and remind them that behind our great products is a focus on the customer experience with accountable and collaborative team members ready to help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relay important information about life-safety systems and services, update customer accounts, and resolve billing questions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for devices across arenaflex systems
  • Help customers understand the arenaflex noble purpose and provide customer lifestyle solutions
  • Participate in coaching, team meetings, or 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at arenaflex
  • Utilize your technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and creativity to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills
  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment
  • Familiarity with life-safety systems and services
