Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Your primary duties will include:

  • Data Entry: You'll be responsible for accurately entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Follow-up: You'll follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Invoice Review: You'll review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Report Compilation: You'll compile reports from systems with claims information, providing valuable insights to our team.
  • Customer Service: You'll provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: You'll need to have at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
  • Basic Computer and Typing Skills: You'll need to have basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You'll need to have strong attention to detail, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience with Claims Management Systems: You'll have experience working with claims management systems, including data entry and reporting.
  • Customer Service Experience: You'll have experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
