As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and operationalizing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data lakes
• Developing and maintaining scalable data models and pipelines using cloud-based technologies such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Databricks, and Informatica PowerCenter
• Collaborating with data architects, researchers, and business stakeholders to identify business requirements and design data solutions that meet those needs
• Developing and implementing data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Working closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of data pipelines and applications
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud computing

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica IICS
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies such as ADLS, Azure Databricks, and Databricks Live Table
• Broad experience working with different data sources, including SQL, Oracle databases, flat files, web APIs, and XML
• High-level SQL skills and strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including data lakes, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing
• Ability to work in a high-speed, agile development environment
• Flexibility to work on a rotational basis, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours shifts as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience executing data integration strategies, including event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub)

• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
• Experience conveying data solutions through agile software development processes
• Familiarity with the retail industry and its data management challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with SAP integration tools, including SAP BW
• Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler
