Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our U.S. Part Administration Community in Oklahoma. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chat requests.
  • Work as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promoting arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Use critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues, making informed decisions to resolve customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program.
  • Past customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Proficient business writing skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise messages.
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Solid foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills.

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to take ownership and tackle issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills, with a willingness to develop and improve knowledge and skills.
  • Strong bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a call center or chat support environment.
