Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time support to our clients' customers through online chat. You'll engage with visitors on our clients' websites, using tools such as Facebook Messenger, to offer assistance, answer questions, and provide solutions. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with visitors on our clients' websites using online chat tools such as Facebook Messenger

  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
