Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our client care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, providing product and service information, and developing key selling skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls, engaging with clients, and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Providing elevated levels of product and service information to clearly communicate the benefits and features of arenaflex's Private Company Services
  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
  • Delivering exceptional client care by responding to account inquiries in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
  • Reporting important record data according to established procedures and protocols
  • Maintaining the highest levels of integrity and compliance with all administrative and consistency rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Proven success in a customer service and sales environment, with a strong track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a high-speed, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a cloud-based environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales
