In This Role, You Will:
* Work in a dynamic contact environment to promote financial products and services, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide initial problem resolution by identifying opportunities for customer service improvement and proposing strategies to resolve internal and external customer issues.
- Work hard to deliver exceptional customer support, managing risks by following all policies and procedures and staying informed of changes.
- Advise clients on digital services such as online submission of declarations and other documents, electronic signature documents, and other digital opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client questions and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Utilize effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Monitor multiple computer windows, applications, and use search tools to find information, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of investment terminology, products, and services to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current on industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Two or more years of customer service, financial services, or equivalent experience demonstrated by employment, training, military, or education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* In-depth industry knowledge and experience with investment products and services.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as finance, business, or communications.
- Brokerage experience and knowledge of investment terminology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
