Job Summary

As a Partner Client Achievement Agent in Card Administrations, you'll be responsible for supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support clients and resolve moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services via telephone

  • Perform routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Consistently receive guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more complex issues to Sr. Client Achievement Representatives
  • Demonstrate empathy while assisting our clients as you resolve their issues
  • Be available to help our clients on the telephone for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
  • Explore various computer systems as you research client needs and propose solutions, all while conveying accurately and precisely while conveying information. Really performing multiple tasks will be the key to your success!

Preparation and Schedule

You'll receive comprehensive in-class training, advanced on-the-job training, and training to learn about arenaflex banking products, policies, and services. The training program begins on 9/18/2023 for 7 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. You're expected to attend the full span of this paid 7 weeks of training. Your regular schedule for working will be based on business need and will include working at least one weekend day and several holidays. Your schedule may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the details of the shift differential policy.

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience in surveying and addressing the needs of clients or handling client issues expertise, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to provide excellent customer support while listening, eliciting information proficiently, grasping, and resolving complex client issues
  • Ability to communicate with integrity and an elevated level of impressive skill with all degrees of clients, colleagues, and management
  • Essential Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to explore various computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Experience delivering results in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment
  • Phenomenal verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to learn business processes and cycles rapidly
