Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to join our Virtual Customer Engagement team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions to their needs

  • Utilize the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with product providers to obtain additional information and resolve customer issues
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in sales challenges and commitment exercises, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales strategies, and company policies through ongoing training and development

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a strong internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of sales success

  • Knowledge of home merchandise products and trends
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in sales or customer service (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
