About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ramp Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, cargo, and passengers. Key Responsibilities

• Move cargo and freight of various weights to and from aircraft
• Drive and operate belt loaders, ground power units, and other equipment
• Service aircraft at gates with ground power and cooling
• Tow and pushback aircraft from gates
• Service aircraft toilets and water ports
• Clean the interior of aircraft when required
• Position refreshment and baggage trucks around the ramp area
• Work outside in various weather conditions
• Work shifts that include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Able to lift, load, unload, and transport bags and cargo to/from aircraft, bag trucks, and conveyor lines
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• People-oriented and highly enthusiastic, with a positive and helpful attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Able to obtain airport security badges and/or US Customs security clearances, if applicable
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aviation industry or a related field
• Knowledge of aircraft handling and ground support equipment
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
