Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Systems

Remote role Full-time Open position

About the position CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Systems to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise supply chain applications tailored for GPU cloud infrastructure and hyperscale data center operations. This role is part of the CIO organization's Strategy and Transformation team, working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Center Operations, Finance, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to design and implement scalable, automated, and data-driven supply chain solutions. In this role, you will define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for CoreWeave's supply chain systems, ensuring they support the unique challenges of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure—including GPU procurement, inventory optimization, global logistics, and real-time infrastructure capacity planning. You will be responsible for ERP, supply chain planning, procurement, and logistics systems, driving automation, efficiency, and visibility across CoreWeave's rapidly expanding data center network.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a supply chain systems roadmap to support AI-driven cloud infrastructure, integrating ERP, procurement, inventory, and logistics platforms.
  • Drive end-to-end visibility of high-value components like GPUs, networking gear, servers, and power infrastructure, ensuring real-time tracking and forecasting.
  • Enhance capacity planning and demand forecasting for AI workloads, aligning supply chain strategy with data center expansion and cloud growth.
  • Build resilient supply chain operations, optimizing supplier relationships, lead time forecasting, and risk mitigation for critical AI and HPC hardware.
  • Implement predictive analytics to optimize GPU, server, and power unit procurement based on cloud demand.
  • Automate P2P (Procure-to-Pay) workflows for GPU chips, SSDs, high-bandwidth networking, and power & cooling systems.
  • Improve hardware lifecycle tracking, from vendor sourcing to rack deployment within data centers.
  • Optimize shipping and global logistics coordination for hyperscale GPU cloud rollouts.
  • Ensure real-time inventory tracking for data center components across staging areas, warehouses, and live environments.
  • Build supplier risk models, ensure SOX compliance, and implement data-driven decision-making for supply chain governance.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track hardware deployment, supply chain bottlenecks, and infrastructure cost-efficiency.
  • Align ERP (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent), Procurement, Inventory, and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms into a unified supply chain ecosystem.
  • Work with engineering and IT teams to automate hardware asset tracking, warranty lifecycle management, and infrastructure cost modeling.
  • Enable real-time data visibility through seamless integration between supply chain, finance, and data center infrastructure platforms.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Systems Product Management, ERP implementations, or logistics technology solutions, ideally in data center, cloud infrastructure, or semiconductor industries.
  • Expertise in planning, procurement, production, logistics, warehousing, risk management, and performance measurement for cloud-scale infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and supply chain platforms such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of data center and hyperscale supply chain challenges, including hardware lead times, GPU availability constraints, and logistics for AI infrastructure.
  • Experience leading large-scale system implementations, driving process automation, and enabling scalable, AI-driven supply chain operations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working across Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Center Operations, Finance, and IT teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in cloud computing, AI hardware supply chains, or hyperscale data center infrastructure is highly desirable.
