Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone and email. You'll be responsible for investigating customer order issues, resolving problems, and ensuring timely delivery of our products. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Investigate customer order issues in real-time, identifying the root cause and implementing solutions to prevent delays

• Contact customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent issues
• Act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners, resolving issues and arranging for re-delivery when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction

What You'll Need

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
• Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
