Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Professional to work from home and be part of our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in supporting, organizing, and working with cross-functional process improvement activities aligned with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, providing thought leadership, and tackling underlying drivers to deliver significant enhancements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the execution of the WW CS Experts strategy through local management and support teams
  • Lead and support process improvement projects at the organization level that may have a global impact
  • Mentor and train Leaders and project teams on Experts ideas and philosophies
  • Perform quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Direct project portfolio, assisting Continuous Improvement Specialists and individual program managers with execution and delivery of results
  • Identify valuable opportunities to automate processes and collaborate with partners to develop an automation pipeline
  • Review completed initiatives to verify supported impact and partners with Financial Controller to validate impact
  • Communicate across all levels on project and program progress
  • Work with and participate in meetings as necessary to collaborate with development and organization-wide initiatives
  • Manage and develop talent
  • Establish objectives and tasks independently in highly ambiguous situations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • 2+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine enhancements
  • 2 years of proven experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies, or demonstrated ability of a capable level continuous improvement specialist
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience surviving, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership
  • 2+ years of experience leading global or cross-territorial initiatives
