Responsibilities

As an Experienced Retail Customer Trainer – Apple Product Education and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding small groups and individuals in learning how to use Apple products effectively, with a focus on hands-on learning and real-world applications.
  • Facilitating training sessions and presentations to enhance customer understanding and promote product adoption.
  • Listening to customers' needs and adjusting teaching methods accordingly, ensuring that each customer receives personalized support and guidance.
  • Interacting with store customers between scheduled sessions to provide assistance and answer questions, while promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Supporting team members by assisting with sales and other in-store services, such as business services and the Genius Bar.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement training programs that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

Requirements
