Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Studio Production, Journalism, or a related field
  • Experience working in a live production environment or a related field
  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems
  • Understanding of format changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
  • Bilingual (written and spoken) - English/Spanish
  • Professional certification in customer service or a related field
