Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs related to insurance policies and blithequark memberships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide personalized support to members with questions related to insurance policies and blithequark memberships
  • Deliver proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services that meet our members' needs
  • Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
  • Think quickly and critically to resolve issues in a non-scripted environment
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience, with recent call center experience preferred
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, as we strive to provide exceptional service to our diverse member base
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time
  • A flexible, can-do mindset and willingness to adapt to change
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the training location (2601 S. Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA 90007)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
