As a Luxury Fashion RTW Designer, you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors. Your keen eye for detail and taste making will be pivotal in shaping our next iconic collections that’ll stand the test of time as forever classics that are strikingly modern at the same time. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize and sketch captivating designs that embody luxury and finesse.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends, seamlessly blending innovation with our brand values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select fabrics, colors, and materials.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for flawless execution.
  • Lead fitting sessions to ensure impeccable fit and comfort in every garment.
  • Continuous research for inspiration and setting new aesthetic standards. SKILLS NEEDED:
  • A deep professional portfolio showcasing your mastery of luxury fashion design, with a focus on ready-to-wear apparel – specifically targeting luxury modern classics and minimalist concepts.
  • Proven experience with a top-tier fashion brand, demonstrating your ability to create captivating pieces.
  • A deep understanding of luxury fashion, modern classics, culture, and craftsmanship.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools to bring your concepts to life.
  • Exceptional communication skills and open-mindedness to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
  • A relentless passion for pushing standards and redefining modern forever classics. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury fashion apparel design.
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills to effectively communicate your ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design concepts and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
  • A track record of successfully launching luxury fashion collections.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Openminded and strong ability to constructively process feedback.
