Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service and data management functions. You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing patient information, and managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize blithequark's solution information systems and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper framework.

  • Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related issues.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
  • Settle Outside Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
  • Make phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outside Exceptions.
  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Acquire a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current pharmacist license or certification.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing the computer. + Using the mouse to point and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing reports. + Accessing data online.

  • Essential web search skills, including:

+ Opening a program. + Writing in URLs in the correct area. + Using a web search engine. + Bookmarking a website. + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons. + Completing forms online.

  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least one and a half years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
