Program Overview

Our Entry Level Customer Success Opportunity is a comprehensive program that combines in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants will gain a deep understanding of technical and professional skills, including application development, banking, and customer success. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, network with peers, and develop a strong professional network.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
  • Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
  • Be willing to answer additional screening questions when applying
