Your Role at blithequark

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

*

Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

*

Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

*

Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

*

Provide feedback on call issues

*

Upsell if required

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

*

Be 18 years of age or older

*

Be able to type at least 25 words per minute

* Be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems *

Have customer service and/or sales experience preferred

*

Have a college degree preferred but not required

To work from home, you must:

Have a minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
