As a Cargo Gateway Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring acceptance, planning, and accommodation of all blithequark Cargo products to ensure compliance. The hiring range for this role is $48,000 to $68,000, taking into account the qualifications and experience of the candidate. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Identifying and communicating potential operational issues to other work groups and assisting with resolution.
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, providing superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution.
  • Assisting with special projects from the headquarters and local management team, which may include process improvements, training initiatives, or customer engagement programs.
  • Providing support to the cargo operations team, ensuring that all cargo products are handled efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalency.
  • 1 year of Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Sales, or Cargo Reservations experience.

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

While not required, having experience in the cargo industry or a related field can be beneficial in this role.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and possess organization skills, with a keen attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated sound business judgment and the ability to be a great team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Mandatory fulfillment of FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
  • Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
