Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through Zoom Virtual Calls
  • Understanding client needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to articulate complex ideas, build rapport with clients, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Basic computer knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
  • Strong work ethic: A demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality: A positive attitude, enthusiasm for building relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Effective time management skills: The ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership management experience: A proven track record of leading teams, mentoring colleagues, or managing projects.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Sales experience: A background in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the life insurance industry, its products, and its trends.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, to serve our diverse client base.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as life insurance licenses or industry designations, to enhance your expertise and credibility.
