Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing current and emerging technologies to analyze trends and develop actionable insights for the leadership team, leveraging your understanding of the business strategy and available data for investigation
- Regularly applying data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, data modeling, and evidence-based management to drive decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and interpretation
- Developing and maintaining databases, data visualizations, and reports to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making
- Communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language
- Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality results
Key Qualifications
To be successful as a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, quantitative business analysis, operations research, marketing analysis, predictive modeling, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with SAFE Spry or similar data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling

- Certification in data analysis or a related field
