[CONTRACT POSITION] Senior HubSpot Platform Consultant

Senior HubSpot Platform Consultant Job Overview Be the mastermind behind solving our clients' most intricate HubSpot platform challenges as a Senior HubSpot Consultant. You'll architect complex solutions, guide platform consultants, and be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success and driving growth. This role is fully remote and reports to the Director of Client Services. Please note: This role is a contract position for 4 months starting March 1, 2026 with the potential for a full-time position at the end. We are accepting applications but will not schedule interviews until the week of January 5, 2026. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and Mentor a Team of HubSpot Consultants: Empower and guide a team of consultants, fostering their growth and development. Delegate tasks strategically to leverage individual strengths and ensure project success.
  • Drive Solutions for Complex Client Challenges: Analyze client needs, design and implement tailored HubSpot solutions, and document processes clearly and comprehensively.
  • Champion Client Success: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure they achieve their business goals.
  • Foster Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and stay informed about HubSpot updates and new features. Share your knowledge with the team and clients, identifying opportunities to leverage new functionalities.
  • Elevate the Team: Share your expertise and insights to mentor and upskill platform consultants, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience customizing and configuring marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Support Operations.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate complex challenges into actionable processes and requirements.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and client-facing experience.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for teamwork.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience as an end-user in a marketing automation or CRM platform.

Success in this role is measured by: Project Management

  • Ensure at least 60% of project milestones are based on your proactive recommendations, tracked through milestone origin tags in Asana.
  • Own and manage solution design, discovery sessions, deliverables, time tracking, and delegation for all assigned projects, ensuring 100% are completed within the agreed timelines.
  • Successfully manage a portfolio of up to 10 active client projects simultaneously, ensuring all on track to meet deadlines and milestones, as reflected in Asana or HubSpot.
  • Ensure all projects are actively monitored for scope, risks and dependencies, with documented check-ins and stakeholder updates provided weekly

Business Strategy

  • Lead a quarterly review with each customer with defined KPIs and a documented project plan, achieving 90% completion of deliverables on time.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for 100% of assigned projects

Customer Retention

  • Identify and document new opportunities or upsell potentials within your customer portfolio, with action steps logged in the CRM.
  • Maintain a customer retention rate of 85% with retainer customers, tracked through quarterly reviews and proactive intervention strategies.

Team Management

  • A cohesive and results-driven team that regularly meets or exceeds project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards, driven by a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Other consultants on your team should advance as independent contributors through your mentorship, actionable feedback, and opportunities to lead key initiatives.
